Who We Are

The COVID Navigator initiative was hosted by the Business Process Management Plus (BPM+) Health community.

The COVID Navigator developed as a grassroots, community-driven open initiative. This effort was done pro bono without any financial contributions and without commercial interests. BPM + Health is a health care community-of-practice operating under the Object Management Group, a non-profit industry trade consortium.

With the emergence of COVID-19 as a global emergency, the community organized this grassroots effort to help contribute to the global good. A team of volunteers began work on this activity in March of 2019 and has been sustaining efforts to develop this Navigator, with the hopes of easing the traversal and discovery of the sea of content to help users find assets and information of interest.

All of the work behind this portal was donated, including the software development, and involved participants from across the globe. Our sincere thanks to everyone whom contributed to this effort.
